We just received a light rainfall, beautiful in itself, but what it left behind made it memorable.

I love rainbows. They remind me of someone I love.

I haven’t posted any images of the newest member of my life. He’s furry, hops like a frog, and likes to chew things like no one’s business. He’s also smarter than most people I know.

His full name is Myrddin Emrys, but we fondly call him Emry. He’s a fawn hooded-rat and likes to hide in hair.

In other news, I’m still working on the blog. No worries.

I got myself a Flickr account, and I’ve currently been pooling through a list of plug-ins that will allow me to use Flickr to my advantage when it comes to this blog.

This is a quick test to see if the WordPress Flickr Post Bar works.

Now that should be a thumbnail of a potted plant that I currently have sitting by my computer. Does it work?
